This place is lovely and absolutely amazing with a particularly nice view of the park.

A fantastic breakfast with a variety of fruits, hams, and croissants, and the staff were very helpful; the location is ideal, close to both Portugal and Spain as well as the bus station.

Conveniently located near the Galicia Parliament, which was great. The staff here are super friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The restaurant on-site serves simple but satisfying meals for both dinner and breakfast 🍲.

The entrance is welcoming and l was impressed with the cleanliness and the staff at reception were most helpfull.

Since the Hotel is 4 star l think you could introduce a 'Hopitality Tray' in the rooms. We were not able to have breafast one morning (Saturday 23rd May) and that is the only time we were dissapointed with the staff(maybe this was the Head waiter) l am not sure. But there was another group and they were provided with a normal B'Fast in the other dining room We were only a group of 7 persons. I am sure this could have been sorted out easily. Or maybe they could have provided us with some sort of compensation for loosing b'fast. (One couple did not include B'Fast in their payment) But as you can see from my Bill we did. All in all we thank you and l would recommend the Hotel.

The hotel has a great look and is bright. The setting next to the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral is unbeatable.- The hotel is close to a famous shop and a massive shopping center.- The check-in process is quick, and they offer late check-out.- The staff is very friendly and amiable.

Had 2 days in Santiago de Compostela, spending my time here lovely. Wonderful staff, provided information if needed.- The room was lovely and had a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating as pictured in advertising.- The breakfast was satisfactory and complete with juices, fruits, and hams.

Chose this hotel to be close to the Santiago de Compostela city centre, good rate and free parking.

The receptionist was very helpful with maps etc. Pleased that an internet terminal was provided free of charge.

Location - a good 20 minute walk from the town centre

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the large wardrobes to the very good air conditioning. I especially appreciated the tea kettle in the bedroom, a small touch that made my stay more comfortable. The breakfast, priced at 10 euros, was a worthwhile addition to start the day.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

Good hotel, very new and clean. We used also the restaurant and is was very good, with good price as well. The hotel is not in city center as you can see from the description, but Santiago is a very congestioned city and so if you arrive by car it is better not to get closer. There is a but stop just few steps aside the hotel, with a frequenty around 10-15 minutes, and so the city distance (a couple of km) is not a problem at all.
